Gary A. Schnorr

Gary A. Schnorr has spent more than four decades solving the problems that keep business owners awake at night.

His career began in corporate information technology at a Fortune 50 consumer products company and expanded into senior financial and operations leadership. As a CFO, he helped secure multimillion-dollar financing for a manufacturing facility. As a COO, he consolidated operations across a multi-location service business.

But much of what Gary knows about business did not come from a corporate office.

For nearly thirty years, he has run his own management and technology consulting practice while also owning and operating small businesses in retail, hospitality, home maintenance, and travel-related services.

He has been on both sides of the desk: advising business owners and being the owner responsible for customers, employees, cash flow, technology, and the problems that inevitably land on the owner's desk.

That combination of technology, finance, operations, and hands-on ownership led him to artificial intelligence.

Gary began using Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and AI application-development platforms to solve real business problems — not because AI was the latest trend, but because it could make certain parts of running a business faster, smarter, and more efficient.

His guiding question became simple:
